For ranking well in Google, one of the most important factors is to get as many backlinks as possible, pointing to your website. Unfortunately, building those links is usually a lot of effort.

Web2Mayhem is a system consisting of several online and offline (desktop) applications that help make the task of link-building a good deal easier and less time-consuming. There are far too many different features included in W2M for me to list them all in this short review, so let’s just highlight some of the major features and functions of the system:

First, you have your automatic account creation and distribution software. This is an application you download and run from your desktop. The account creator will semi-automatically register user-accounts on your behalf on many article databases, Web 2.0 bookmarking sites, RSS aggregation sites and even free blogging and site-building platforms like Doodlekit or Esnips.

The automatic submission tools can then post your content (articles, audio, videos) to all of those sites automatically. The result of this is a mass- syndication of your articles and other content and backlinks from each one of the sites you upload to.

In order to mix things up a little, Web2Mayhem also includes an article spinning tool. It allows you to add spinning code to your articles with relative ease and once you have finished editing a text in the article spinner, you can export it to the content distribution tools. These will then submit a randomized variation of your article to each of the directories and blogs..

Another thing worth pointing out is that the Web2Mayhem membership contains the so-called Syndicate Kahuna, which is a network of websites you can submit content to. Among the tools, you’ll also find a 3-way linking tool which is very easy to install and use and will get you a few targeted backlinks in a very short period of time.

And to get you started, the system also includes several keyword research tools that help you find great markets and search terms go for.

Finally, I have to talk about the training material: Part of the Web2Mayhem package are very detailed instructions and video- tutorials on how to use each of the tools as well as a step- by- step system for promoting your websites. Even if you haven’t had much success with SEO previously, you will find Web2Mayhem easy to pick up and learn as you go. And the method it teaches is an effective way to gain your first page 1 rankings.

If you are already an experienced online marketer, the methods mentioned above will hardly be news to you: Article submissions, social bookmarking, video- marketing etc. are all common means of gaining more links and visitors. In other words, Web2Mayhem isn’t some kind of “secret” or new fad. It simply makes SEO and link-building easier and quicker. To do the submissions that W2M does in five minutes manually, you’d probably need an entire afternoon..

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Web 2 Mayhem and it’s a product I can definitely recommend. Try it out for a month or two. If you follow the system and make use of all the tools, I have no doubt that the results will speak for themselves.
