Although you can instruct them on how to do enable their browsers to read frames by writing them a message using the no frames tag, it’s a possibility that some would simply try another website.

Hence, if you look at in a search engine optimization perspective, it’s better to stay away from frames if you want your website to enjoy better search engine optimization results.
